We practice medicine with a heart.

Children with neurological conditions often need treatment that is different than adults. At Center of Excellence for Pediatric Neurology (CEPN), we offer that special care to infants, children, and adolescents. We offer comprehensive diagnostic evaluation and management of neurologic conditions.

Our commitment to patient care reflects our singular focus on advancing pediatric neurological care. We bring in a holistic approach to patient care by incorporating music and art into our treatment. We encourage and support parents and guardians of our patients to be part of various support groups and volunteer engagements.

At CEPN our goal is to provide the best possible care for your child. We welcome you to meet our caring team and we look forward to discussing your child's medical needs.

There can be no keener revelation of a society's soul than the way in which it treats its children.

— Nelson Mandela, Former President of South Africa

"Dr. Raina was a godsend to my family, when my daughter started having seizure like symptoms. After going through two or three Neurologist's,one in particular being a nightmare,we were lucky to find Dr. Raina. Not only is he an excellent neurologist,he is a wonderful human being. He makes not only his patient feel safe and secure he gives the parent such a sense of relief that he will not stop until he finds out what's wrong. He actually listens to what the child and parent has to say,and never makes you feel rushed when you have questions.the only problem is that children past 18 are not supposed to be followed by a pediatric physician. We are lucky that our insurance will allow her to receive ongoing treatment until she is 21.It is so important that any patient be allowed to continue with the Doctor they trust and have established a relationship with.We hope his office will continue to insure that policy.Long after my daughter is grown with children of her own,I will remember Dr. Raina. If you have a sick child, entrust the most important thing in your life to him. You will not be disappointed."

"It has been an honor and privilege to have Dr. Raina work with our son and family during a very difficult period in our lives concerning our son's health. Dr. Raina's calming, thoughtful and compassionate approach in connecting with our family helped us get through a difficult time in our life. He was able to diagnose and treat our son who has made a complete recovery. We know that is not the case for all parents, but the compassionate, nurturing care of Dr. Raina made an impact on our family and lives. We consider him not just our doctor but friend."
